We'll start by diving into who your employees are, what has or has not worked in the past, and why having healthy employees would be so important for your company. We'll explore the personality of your employees, conduct surveys to see which programs would gain the most interest, and build the foundation of engagement, impact and convenience.
With 8 years of experience within the wellness industry as a nutrition coach, intuitive eating counselor, personal trainer, group fitness instructor ,and public speaker, I bring professional and personalized experiences for employers in the Minneapolis, St. Paul, and outer-metro communities.
My philosophies are non-restrictive. It’s in my moral values to deliver health and wellness programs that are realistic, community-interactive, fun, and educational experiences so employees will truly want to take care of themselves.
I have a natural ability to help employees change their behaviors, identify limiting beliefs about their health, educate and motivate individuals on nutrition, exercise and stress-management, and make it FUN. I guarantee your employees will look forward to my programs.
