Your program starts on Monday, May 12th but you must sign-up between May 5th - May 9th to participate.
This membership was created so you can:
Build strength & enhance your quality of life with workouts you actually enjoy.
Embrace fitness all free from diet-talk (because I’m not here to weigh you, I’m here to help you add on to your life)
What You're Going to Receive In This 14 Day Membership:
1) Two 45-60 minute strength workouts per week + one bonus 15 min core-intensive workout
OR,
Four 30 minute strength workouts per week (that’s right, you’ve got options)
2) Access to TrueCoach with demo videos, my coaching cues, easy to understand form instructions, & the ability to track your strength progress (ex: what weights you’re using, any notes you want to include)
3) Access to me, your coach. I do a weekly check-in every Friday to answer your questions & respond to any form videos you submit.
4) Resource emails sent over the 14 days that includes extra training knowledge to get the most out of your program

This is not an intentional weight-loss program. You will not be shamed for having that desire and, that is not what we focus on. We focus on life & performance goals.

You will get the chance to do so! If you liked your time during the 14 day membership, you’ll have the chance to sign-up for 3 months of my Online Strength Training Membership and continue your physical, mental and emotional gains :)

You can choose between two programs:
Two 45-60 min strength workouts/week with one 15 min bonus core-intensive workout
OR,
Four 30 min strength workouts/week

A light/moderate set of dumbbells, and a heavier set of dumbbells along with an exercise mat.
Bodyweight options will also be given throughout the program -
It is ideal you have some prior history of being a part of a fitness program or exercising in general, however it’s not completely necessary. Feel free to contact Allison (contact page) if you have individualized questions - happy to help!
