What is included in Personal Training (In-Person):

  • One 60 minute strength training session per week (two times per week is an option on a case by case basis)

  • Warm-up + Cool down including mobility work to enhance your lifts

  • Welcoming Gym Environment - access to a private gym in South Minneapolis, Minnesota

  • Customized programming based off questionnaire you fill out

The Process:

  • Step 1

    Fill out the inquiry form to apply. Applicants will hear back in a 48-hour period Mon-Fri unless otherwise stated in the form.

  • Allison Mosso

    Step 2

    Connection Call: This is where I get to know your story better, the exact goals you have for our time together, and you can ask any questions you may have.

  • Step 3

    Schedule our time to start meeting. We will pick a day and time each week that we can stick with.

We will plan on meeting weekly over the next 6 months with exceptions for out of town travel or sickness [there is a 24 hour cancellation policy].
